Job Summary
We have several openings for Discipleship Mentoring online that will provide reviews every month for increased group size (up to 12), which will provide raises for accepting additional mentees in your online system of placing other believers who are similar to your age, life experiences, and the same gender, of course.
The ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills and be comfortable in a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Duties
- Check in each day on a discipleship mentoring app.
- Foster a positive spiritual culture that promotes Servanthood and accountability.
- Represent the ministry's fundraising at fun sports and recreational ministry events.
- Enjoy a career in your own Sports and Recreation Ministries with double the average salaries of other secular and church fundraising events.
Experience
- Requires an MDL (our associate ministers will train you in 90 days for just an hour a day commitment for 90 days. (Full Tuition reimbursements available)
- No ministry experience necessary. Written guarantee for placement with a salary
- A positive and God fearing love for Jesus, working with our church leadership, and upon completion of the MDL (Master of Discipleship, you are automatically hired and placed with your mentor, receiving $1200 per month with monthly reviews for promotional opportunities that earn up to $5,000 per month experience in a part time outreach and online role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
